Think about your Job Description to be the foundation of your obligations, not the boundary. In case you do not have a full job description, write your own and get the approval of the Office Manager and Doctor. Look for new ways to contribute to the practice. Volunteer to take on assignments, those no else desires to do. Help your boss in ways that she/he does not expect. Few things in business are more powerful than giving people over they expected.
